Remote Lens does not collect, store, or share any personal data or information from its users. Our app is designed to operate entirely on your device without the need for a network connection.
Local Processing: Remote Lens operates locally on your iOS device. While the app sends data to your Canon camera via Bluetooth, this data transfer is confined to your local environment and is not accessible to us.
GPS Data: The app may acquire GPS coordinates to send to your camera for tagging purposes. This data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to us or stored externally by Remote Lens.
When you use Remote Lens to take photos, navigate photos, or add GPS tags, all data transactions occur between your device and your camera. I do not have access to these transactions or the data involved.
Photos tagged with GPS data using Remote Lens may be uploaded to third-party websites by you. Please be aware that once the photos are uploaded to these websites, their respective privacy policies will apply. Remote Lens is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites.
This Privacy Policy has no reason to change but I invite you to check this page periodically in order to see any update. The changes will be listed in the Github History.
